By now, it is a cliche to say that every organization has a culture; it is either by design or by default. We fully believe that the only way you can measure the culture of your organization, is by the stories people tell about it.  Through exercises and conversation, we can help your organization discover the true nature of the culture, beliefs, and values that are actually driving behavior.

By the end of the third workshop, you will note a transformational increase in creativity, energy, productivity, and honesty in communication in your organization.  It will be a place where people look forward to coming to work, and leave work satisfied and fulfilled at the end of the day.

Often, individual counseling is necessary to bring certain team members into alignment with the rest of the team. The counseling we do is focused on helping people to learn how they show up, and how that can be getting in their own way.  The counseling is usually face-to-face, supplemented with telephone consultation.
